Responsibilities: • Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults (couples and families optional based on clinician’s preference) • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 scheduled clinical hours per week (full-time) • Deliver evidence-based, culturally competent care in a private, non-shared office setting • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with TBAC Group’s standards and ethical guidelines • Collaborate regularly with fellow clinicians and participate in team case consultations • Engage in regular clinical supervision (if provisionally licensed) and ongoing training opportunities • Maintain current knowledge of best practices in behavioral health and integrate them into clinical work • Uphold HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality at all times • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills in interactions with clients and colleagues • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and clinic events as required • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive clinic environment Qualifications: • Active Florida license as one of the following: • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) • – OR – • Florida Registered Intern actively working toward full licensure (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field • Willingness to work with clients across the lifespan (children, teens, adults; couples/families optional) • Strong clinical and ethical judgment with excellent documentation and organizational skills • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, supportive approach to clinical care • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn and grow • Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of 30 clinical hours per week in an outpatient setting Compensation: $45,500 - $100,100 yearly
