Responsibilities: • Provide compassionate and effective mental health counseling to a diverse clientele, fostering a safe and supportive environment. • Collaborate with fellow counselors and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client challenges and strengths, ensuring personalized and impactful therapeutic interventions. • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect client privacy. • Engage in regular professional development and training opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and enhance clinical skills. • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring timely and appropriate care. • Facilitate group therapy sessions, encouraging open communication and peer support among participants to promote healing and growth. Compensation: $68,000 - $100,100 yearly
