    We are currently hiring at our offices in Westchase, Carrollwood and Palm Harbor. Join TBAC Group as a Full-Time W-2 Mental Health Counselor and experience a workplace where you’re truly valued. Our practice is highly educational, where we have a CE program and regular, ongoing clinical support. At TBAC, you’ll enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible hours, private non-shared office space, competitively low weekly completed session requirements for FT, ensuring a perfect work-life balance. Salary range is an estimate based on what our current Licensed employees make annually. Responsibilities: • Provide compassionate and effective mental health counseling to a diverse clientele, fostering a safe and supportive environment. • Collaborate with fellow counselors and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client challenges and strengths, ensuring personalized and impactful therapeutic interventions. • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect client privacy. • Engage in regular professional development and training opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and enhance clinical skills. • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring timely and appropriate care. • Facilitate group therapy sessions, encouraging open communication and peer support among participants to promote healing and growth. Qualifications: • Experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based counseling to diverse client populations. • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated professionals to develop personalized treatment plans. • Proven track record of conducting thorough assessments to tailor interventions to clients' mental health needs. • Strong commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards. • Dedication to ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy. • Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions to provide additional support to various populations. • Ability to develop a niche area of expertise with guidance from senior counselors, enhancing your therapeutic skills. Compensation: $68,000 - $100,100 yearly
