    - Provide individual, group, and family counseling services tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
    - Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and, when appropriate, their families.
    - Conduct assessments to identify clients' mental health status and recommend suitable interventions.
    - Offer crisis intervention and support as required, utilizing best practice models.
    - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans according to state and federal regulations.
    - Stay current with the latest research and treatment approaches in mental health therapy.
    - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
    - Uphold ethical and legal standards in compliance with state requirements for licensed mental health professionals.

    Qualifications:
    - Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
    - Current license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
    - Proven experience in clinical counseling settings.
    - Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices.
    - Proficiency in maintaining detailed clinical documentation.
    - Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
