    Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Diagnostician to join our team! In this role, you will identify and provide support for psychological assessment needs, work collaboratively in a team setting, prioritize trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming methods, and participate in regular supervisory and training events. Diagnosticians work directly with a Clinical Supervisor and/or Licensed Psychologist at Center of Being to administer, score, interpret, and write up integrated results of psychological and neuropsychological assessment.     Responsibilities

    Administer psychological and neuropsychological measures and or batteries that may include assessment of the following areas: cognition, attention and executive functioning, achievement, emotional and behavioral symptoms, trauma, and other factors of neuropsychological diversity.

    Score and interpret test results in a trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming manner

    Maintain records and documentation of all processes in a clear, thorough, secure, and HIPAA-compliant manner

    Convert test data to digital records

    Attend trainings and workshops as required for professional development or required for job compliance.

    Work in collaboration with or gain collateral from primary care health providers, case management providers, employees or contractors, and outside consultants as needed to ensure a high-quality continuum of care that comprehensively meets the needs of the client.

    *All responsibilities will be in consultation and collaboration with a designated supervisor and/or psychologist who will monitor and support job-related activities.

    Qualifications

    A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree relevant to the fields of social and/or biological science, such as psychology or sociology, including the following licensed mental health providers: LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, MFT, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD in psychology

    Adequate study and/or experience in the areas of neurodiversity, trauma, abnormal psychology, developmental psychology, and personality psychology

    1-2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with specialized needs, and in a human support capacity

    Familiarity with psychological assessment and practice with administering some forms of formal/manualized assessment.
