Pathways Within – Wisdom & Wellness Collaborative is expanding its clinician network through an MSO–MSA (Management Services Organization/Management Services Agreement) structure designed for long-term, compliant partnership. This engagement enables licensed Psychiatric NPs and Psychiatrists to retain full ownership of their professional entity while leveraging our infrastructure, systems, and referral pipeline. You bring clinical excellence. We handle the business operations.
