Ellie Mental Health is on a mission to transform mental health care by breaking down barriers, reducing stigma, and creating better experiences for both clients and clinicians. We believe therapists do their best work when they have the time, flexibility, and support to actually focus on therapy—not endless administrative busywork.

Our Clarksville clinic is growing, and we're looking for passionate, authentic mental health professionals who want to help us expand access to quality care throughout Middle Tennessee.

    Who We're Looking For

We're seeking Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who bring their own personality to the work. Our ideal clinicians are compassionate, creative, collaborative, and comfortable being authentically themselves. A sense of humor doesn't hurt either!

At Ellie, clinicians have flexibility in scheduling and caseload management, opportunities to develop specialties, and a supportive team environment designed to help them thrive.

    Preferred Qualifications

Tennessee clinical license or active pursuit of licensure

Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families

Experience in areas such as trauma, substance use, or school-based concerns is a plus

Familiarity with community resources, insurance billing, and clinical documentation

Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels

    What You'll Do

Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide outpatient therapy using creative, evidence-based interventions

Complete timely case notes, treatment plan reviews, and other required documentation

Full-time clinicians maintain at least 27 client visits per week

Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, case managers, and other professionals as appropriate

Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team activities

Help us continue identifying and filling gaps in our community

Other important stuff we inevitably forgot to put on the list ;)

    Benefits & Perks

    Competitive compensation

    Paid PTO and sick time

    Paid holidays—including your birthday!

Free access to Ellie's CEU Learning Management System plus additional paid CEU time

    Consultation, support, and scheduling flexibility

    Clinical licensure supervision opportunities*

Freedom to develop specialties, programs, and services you're passionate about

Team-building activities, Ellie swag, and more as we grow!

*Clinical licensure supervision may be available for clinicians pursuing LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT licensure based on supervisor availability. A supervisor match cannot be guaranteed immediately. Clinicians may benefit from utilizing both Ellie and external supervisors to broaden their clinical and cultural learning experiences.
