Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide clinical services and supervise staff in our Intensive Residential Treatment Services program. This role involves assessment, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and documentation for adults receiving short-term residential mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans

Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions

Monitor client progress and complete timely clinical documentation

Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision

Support crisis intervention and care coordination

Supervise staff and provide clinical guidance

Ensure compliance with DHS 245I regulations and program standards

Qualifications

Qualified as a Mental Health Professional under Minnesota DHS standards

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field

Licensed (or license-eligible): LICSW, LPCC, LP, LMFT, CNS, Psychiatric NP, or MD/DO

Experience or interest in IRTS or residential mental health services

Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills

Knowledge of 245I regulations preferred
