Responsibilities: • Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care • Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives • Assist with intervention for patients when a crisis occurs • Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary Qualifications: • 1-3 years in a clinical setting working with mental health patients is required • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or equivalent; masters degree preferred • CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required • State licensure that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing or equivalent Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000
