Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans for substance abuse clients. If you are a licensed mental health professional (LMHP), with your Certification in Substance Abuse (full certification CSAC) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform intakes and assessments

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans

Supervise CSAC-A

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and unrestricted clinical license

Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
