Compensation:

• W2 Compensation, Paid Bi-Weekly: Full-time clinicians, seeing on average 25 to 32 clients per week , can expect W2 earnings and a benefits package in the range of $60,500 to $98,500.

Your Qualifications:

• Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field.
• LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LMFTA, LMHCA, LICSWA
• Full or associate, unencumbered licensure in Washington
• Self-motivated, self-aware and self-disciplined, with a commitment to results, continuous improvement, strong relationships, kindness, and inclusivity.
• Ability to commute to our Bellevue office 2-3 times weekly to meet client and clinic needs.
• Bonus if you have training in EMDR, IFS, DBT, CPT, TF-CBT, Gottman, IFS, EFCT, IPT, PCT, or ART, or are transferring an existing case load.
