Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our team! Bridging Pathways Psychotherapy, LLC, located in Maplewood, NJ has an immediate opening for a licensed psychotherapist on a per diem basis. Candidates must possess an active New Jersey LAC or an LPC/LCSW/LMFT license. Previous private practice experience and bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Our group practice provides hybrid services, in-person and virtual services for the state of New Jersey. The candidate is expected to provide hybrid services and primarily see children/ adolescents, and adults are additional. Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individual children, adolescents, and adults

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual, family, and groups

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Adhere to BPP mission statement and standards.

MUST accept at least five (5) cases

Qualifications

LPC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred

LAC- Supervision can be provided

Current and unrestricted New Jersey license

Previous experience at a private practice setting is preferred
