    Mental Health Therapist - OCD & Anxiety Specialist, Program Lead Bellaire Family Counseling in Houston, TX, is seeking a dedicated, OCD & Anxiety Specialist/Program Lead to join our team. This role offers significant autonomy and flexibility in setting the daily schedule. Administrative support is provided, including full EHR support, templates for notes and emails, and a dedicated Intake Specialist who handles all new client calls, screening, and set up. You receive pre-vetted clients ready for the first session. We remove the administrative burden so you can focus 100% on clinical excellence and program development. High-quality, pre-vetted referrals provided. • Program development, community outreach, team leadership, research, supervision, and clinical content creation. • Retain clients, maintain caseload, and meet utilization goals through clinical excellence and proactive scheduling and calendar management. • Embrace a role focused on mastery, growth, and team contribution over minimal engagement. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Counseling or related field. • Active Texas license (full or provisional) as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. • Expertise in working with clients with OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. • Advanced, direct training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy and other related therapies for OCD and anxiety (e.g., ACT, mindfulness-based interventions). • Experience working with adults and children with OCD and other anxiety disorders. • Desire to work as a member of a team; commitment to genuine connection and collaboration with colleagues.
