CW Psychological Services is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our growing outpatient practice in King of Prussia, PA. Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership & Supervision • Provide clinical supervision toward licensure for interns and provisionally licensed clinicians • Support licensed clinicians through consultation, mentorship, and professional development • Deliver timely, constructive, and strengths-based feedback to clinical staff • Ensure quality clinical care and compliance with documentation standards • Monitor therapist performance and assist with individualized growth planning Staff Development & Training • Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new clinicians • Develop and facilitate clinical trainings, workshops, and educational resources • Create training materials, manuals, and recorded content to support staff development • Promote ongoing learning and implementation of evidence-based practices Program & Community Development • Support internship program development and training initiatives • Build and maintain relationships with universities, referral partners, and community organizations • Assist with resource development and community outreach efforts • Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture Clinical Services • Maintain a direct client caseload while balancing supervisory responsibilities • Utilize evidence-based interventions to support client outcomes • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care Qualifications: Required • Active Pennsylvania licensure as one of the following: • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) • Licensed Psychologist • Experience providing psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Ability to mentor and support clinicians in a collaborative and professional manner • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and affirming clinical environment Preferred • Two or more years of post-licensure clinical experience • Previous supervisory, leadership, or training experience • Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender clients • Experience developing training programs or educational materials Additional Requirements • Interest in ongoing professional development and expanding clinical expertise • Ability to work remotely for select administrative tasks with access to a private workspace and secure internet connection Compensation: $30,000 - $65,000 depending on experience & licensing

    $30,000-$65,000 per year
