Benefits • Paid Time Off (including floating holidays) and a Healthcare Subsidy • Technology stipend • Free supervision and consultation • Training support • Bonus structure for independently licensed clinicians Schedule Details: • Full-time positions require Pre-Licensed Associate status to align with training and licensing regulations • Part-time positions are available for licensed therapists • Office hours typically range from Mon - Fri 9 am - 8:30 pm, Sat and Sun 10 am - 6 pm • Full-time therapists handle 25 client hours per week; Part-time therapists manage a minimum of 15-18 clients weekly • Flexibility is crucial to meet client needs and maintain caseload requirements, including availability of some evenings and/or weekends • Work Location: Hybrid and fully remote options are possible based on qualifications/licensure status and schedule • Only fully licensed clinicians qualify for hybrid/fully remote positions, as pre-licensed therapists are primarily required to provide on-site services due to regulatory standards and training provided within the practice Responsibilities: • Provide mental health counseling services to clients through individual, family, couples, or group therapy sessions based on the client's clinical needs • Utilize evidence-based interventions during therapy sessions • Participate in ongoing training, consultation, and supervision to improve the delivery of evidence-based treatments • Develop personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve mutually set goals using evidence-based practices • Offer case management services when needed while coordinating referrals to other resources • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for clients • Respond to client crises as needed, following company safety protocols, and consulting with a clinical supervisor for appropriate handling • Assist with referrals to different levels of care when necessary • Maintain up-to-date client records by completing necessary training and documentation within 48 hours of each session • Have the potential to mentor or supervise staff • Engage in mentorship programs for pre-licensed associates • Receive support for additional training, consultation, and supervision in various evidence-based practices to expand exposure to different treatment modalities. Qualifications: • A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Doctorate of Psychology, or a related field • Actively licensed or eligible for/working towards clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) • Pre-licensed applicants must have completed a Master's degree or be within three (3) months of completing a degree at the time of the interview, due to our highly competitive training program • A minimum of one year of experience providing client service in a professional counseling setting is preferred Compensation: $30,000 - $65,000 Depending on experience & licensing
