Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and outcomes.
Utilize therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and services.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) to practice as a mental health professional.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and client-centered approach.
Proficient in documentation and electronic health record systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
Knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities and cultural competency.
