    Job Description

    As a Therapist at Flourishing Peaceful Families, you will play a crucial role in providing non-medical therapeutic services to individuals, children, and families.     Responsibilities:

    Perform intake assessments

    Conduct family therapy sessions to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and support healthier dynamics.

    Provide psychoeducation to families about relationship patterns and strategies for growth.

    Support families experiencing transitions, stress, or trauma.

    Helping for remuneration individuals, groups, or communities enhance or restore their capacity for social functioning and create societal conditions favorable to this goal.

    The professional will apply social work values, principles, and techniques to one or more of the following ends: counseling and nonmedical psychotherapy with individuals, families, and groups; helping people obtain tangible services; assisting communities or groups to provide or improve social and health services.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment plans and documentation.

    Collaborate with other team members and professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

    Adhere to ethical and legal standards in therapy practice, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

    Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

    State licensure or certification.

    Proven experience in providing therapy services to individuals, children, and families.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Knowledge of relevant ethical and legal standards.
