🧠 What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a therapist who:

Is licensed in Maryland (LCPC, PsyD, or LCSW-C)

Is motivated to maintain a caseload of 25–30 clients per week

Has strong clinical documentation skills

Thrives in a collaborative team model

Is committed to patient engagement and outcomes

Preferred (but not required):

EMDR training

Experience with somatic therapies or treatment of somatization

Experience with trauma, chronic pain, or complex mood disorders

Bilingual (Spanish strongly encouraged)

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

Providing individual psychotherapy to a diverse outpatient population

Collaborating with psychiatric providers and case managers

Participating in interdisciplinary case discussions

Utilizing evidence-based practices (CBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, PRT, etc.)

Contributing to a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence
