The Role:

Provide individual therapy using your unique style and clinical expertise.

Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation with the support of streamlined systems.

Engage creatively with your clients to help them meet their goals.

Collaborate with an awesome team that’s passionate about filling the gaps in mental health care.

Full-time therapists carry a caseload of 25 - 28 billable sessions per week

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Fully licensed mental health professionals in Maryland: LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, PsyD, or PhD.

Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.

Experience with treatment planning and clinical documentation.

Strong boundaries, a collaborative spirit, and a heart for helping others.

A sense of humor! (Seriously, we think it’s essential.)
