    Kesma Flame Lily is seeking a Confident, Optimistic, and Dependable Licensed Clinician.

    Kesma Flame Lily LLC is a team of mental health professionals that specialize in Trauma Informed and Multicultural Mental Health evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy.     The Licensed Clinician plays a critical role is to provide recovery – oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. The Licensed Clinician will be willing to adapt in any environment and have a passion to heal, discover and educate.

    Job Type: Full Time & Part Time

    Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM -5:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse client population under clinical supervision

    This position is ideal for therapists seeking hours toward full licensure and committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care

    Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy services to clients from diverse backgrounds

    Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards

    Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based, and culturally relevant interventions

    Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and supervision

    Support outreach, wellness programming, or community engagement initiatives as aligned with your interests

    Maintain timely documentation according to agency standards

    Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements

    Attend weekly supervision and team meetings

    Uphold ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance

    Required Qualifications:

    Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field

    Commitment to culturally responsive, anti-oppressive mental health care

    Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and documentation skills

    Comfortable working with clients virtually and/or in person

    Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

    Pursuing licensure to practice as a Psychotherapist or equivalent certification

    Strong understanding of therapy techniques

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

    Demonstrated ability to manage cases effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

    Commitment to providing empathetic care while maintaining professional boundaries
