    Join our clinician-centered multidisciplinary team in Columbia, MD, and grow your career alongside counselors, social workers, and psychologists.     We are seeking full-time Maryland Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) and Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) interested in gaining post-graduate clinical experience. Paid supervision is included.

    Responsibilities

    Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.

    Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.

    Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.

    Provide high-quality, client-centered care.

    Coordinate services with other providers as needed.

    Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups.

    Additional Opportunities

    Contribute content for social media and educational initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.

    Active Maryland LGPC or LMSW license, or license-eligible and able to practice under board-approved supervision.

    Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
