Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)/Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor(LGPC) to join our team in a hybrid role — combining in-office and remote work. The LMSW/LGPC will provide high-quality therapeutic services, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination for individuals across the lifespan.

key Responsibilties

Provide individual, family, and group therapy in person and via telehealth.

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity.

Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and supervision as relevant.

Skills

Proven expertise in crisis intervention and crisis management to address urgent client needs effectively

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program and Active LMSW license in Maryland

Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related mental health field from an accredited program (for LGPC candidates) and Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)

Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.

Comfortable working in both office and remote settings.

Excellent communication, organization, and professional collaboration skills.
