PEDIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST OPPORTUNITY!

A multidisciplinary pediatric clinic in Dover, DE is expanding its mental health services and looking for a dedicated, flexible LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMSW to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative setting alongside occupational, physical, and speech therapists — all focused on delivering whole-child care in a space that includes sensory gyms, movement rooms, and more.

Position Highlights

• Serve children primarily ages 2+, using developmentally appropriate therapeutic approaches
• Sessions are 60 minutes and can incorporate parents / caregivers as needed
• Caseload includes Medicaid, commercial insurance, and private pay
• Most clients are seen weekly or biweekly
• Creativity encouraged — open to those interested in groups or program expansion ideas

Ideal Candidate

• Must hold active licensure in Delaware: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, MSW, or LMSW (supervision available!)
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy REQUIRED
• Comfortable working with young children and families
• Brings a trauma-informed, play-based, or flexible therapeutic approach
• Interested in being part of an integrated care model
• Experience in pediatrics is a plus, but not required! 
• Must be able to work in person in Dover, DE

Compensation & Benefits

• $63k-$83k/year depending on experience and level of license
