    Position Overview

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled mental health professional to join our practice,

    provide high-quality counseling services to individuals navigating a range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. In this role, you will help clients build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward meaningful goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, or families, depending on practice setting and client needs.
    • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate.
    • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
    • Identify risk factors and respond appropriately to safety concerns, including crisis situations when needed.
    • Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in all clinical interactions.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
    • Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent independent clinical license in the relevant state.
    • Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical, outpatient, community, or private practice setting.
    • Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
    • Ability to manage a caseload while maintaining attention to detail and quality of care.
    • Familiarity with electronic health records and standard documentation practices.
    • Commitment to culturally responsive, client-centered, and trauma-informed care.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with specific populations such as children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families.
    • Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, EMDR, or similar approaches.
    • Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, or relationship concerns.
    • Experience in hybrid, telehealth, or multidisciplinary care environments.
