If so, we have a wonderful opportunity available for a mental health therapist. This is a part-time position that can transition to full-time. Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives, and providing expert care with empathy and compassion. Our ideal candidate holds a current LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license, has 1-3 years of experience counseling mental health patients, with a special interest in working with couples and families. Benefits: • Generous PTO for full-time • 401(k) with employer match option for all employees • Paid holidays for full-time • Health reimbursement account for full-time • Stipend for CEUs for all employees Responsibilities: • Determine the status of patients mental health by using medical information, interviews, observation, and testing, as well as collaboration with other staff members • Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient • Evaluate patients’ circumstances on a regular basis and provide necessary follow-up care • Assist with intervention for patients when a crisis occurs • Recommend community services or specialists for patients and family members in need Qualifications: • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health therapist • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills • State licensure that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or equivalent • Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family required Compensation: $30 - $45 hourly
