Ellie Mental Health is a growing, multi-clinic practice focused on ending the stigma around mental health. We’re built to reduce therapist burnout—more focus on direct client care, and a genuinely supportive team culture.

We’re hiring a therapist to join our Meridian, ID clinic. What You’ll Do

Provide therapy, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning (DSM-5)

Maintain a caseload of a minimum 25 client sessions per week

Complete documentation in a timely manner

Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

Use evidence-based and creative interventions

Attend clinical meetings and trainings

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field

Licensed in Idaho (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW)

Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

Experience with kids/teens and/or couples/families preferred

Strong communication skills and comfort with diverse populations

Bonus (not required): Gottman, EFT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, trauma-informed care, insurance credentialing
