Responsibilities: • Provide individual, family, or group therapy for youth with anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and executive functioning challenges • Offer parent coaching and behavioral health consultations • Collaborate with pediatricians and care teams to support integrated treatment • Document sessions using our electronic health record system • Maintain availability for at least two evenings per week and Saturday morning coverage Qualifications: • Licensed in Maryland (Psychologist, LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT) • 1–3 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families • Skilled in short-term interventions and evidence-based treatment • Excellent communication and collaborative mindset • Comfortable in a hybrid model (in-person + telehealth) Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
