Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Social Work and Case Management skills
Psychology and Family Therapy skills
Behavioral Health skills
Experience in mental health assessments and treatment planning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Current and unrestricted Clinical therapy license
Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
