About the Role:

Nurtured Roots Counseling (Munawar LLC) is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join out team! We are looking for someone who is interested in working with couples/ family systems who will maintain a balanced outpatient caseload within a practice with flexibility of scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health concerns

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care

Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensure requirements

Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

Active Wisconsin state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) - Fully Licensed Only

Experience and confidence in working with couples and family systems

Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic modalities

Comfortable working with adolescents (14+) and adults in individual and family settings

Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills

Strong clinical, organizational, and communicative skills

Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage a diverse caseload while maintaining client-centered and culturally responsive care

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred

Ability and willingness to work with a multidisciplinary team
