    Job Summary

    North Andover Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our growing team. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering the flexibility to create your own schedule, a hybrid in-person and telehealth model, and strong administrative support so you can focus on what matters most — providing exceptional clinical care. As a valued member of our practice, you will deliver individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse range of clients in a supportive and collaborative environment. We provide a steady flow of referrals, user-friendly technology, and a professional setting that promotes both autonomy and connection.     Responsibilities

    Perform intake assessments

    Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

    Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

    Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

    Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

    Qualifications

    Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

    Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD).

    Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

    Strong communication, time management, and clinical assessment skills.
