    About the Organization

    Ellie Mental Health is built to support clinicians first. Our model provides centralized services like intake, scheduling, billing, and technology so therapists can spend more time in session and less time managing administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

    Provide ongoing therapy and maintain accurate clinical documentation

    Manage an average caseload of:

    ~25 sessions per week (full-time)

    ~15 sessions per week (part-time)

    Collaborate with internal clinical team members

    Coordinate care with outside providers, families, and support systems when appropriate

    Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

    Required Credentials

    Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field

    Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

    Experience with clinical documentation, including treatment planning

    Preferred Experience

    Use of creative or integrative therapeutic approaches

    Work with children, adolescents, or families

    Couples or family therapy experience

    Familiarity with community resources and insurance-based care

    Compensation & Benefits

    Hourly base pay plus percentage of collected reimbursement
