We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Mental Health Therapists to join our growing team across our Port Jefferson and Smithtown office locations. This W2, fee-for-service position is ideal for both new and experienced clinicians who value a supportive, collaborative environment. Therapists in this role will provide a blend of in-person and telehealth sessions, working with diverse client populations while receiving strong clinical and administrative support. Qualifications: • Must have experience working with a diverse range of clients, such as children, families, couples, teens, and adults. • Should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Display a strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth. • Must be available to work evenings from Monday to Thursday and possibly on Sundays. • Required to possess certification or a degree as an MFT, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, MHC, or LMHC. Compensation: $40 - $125 hourly
