Join ADHD Child and Family Services — Where Creativity Meets Purpose
Do you believe in collaboration, creativity, and making a real difference? We’re seeking passionate therapists who are eager to learn, grow, and help children and families build brighter futures.
At our specialty clinic, we provide engaging, strength-based mental health services that empower clients to live more fulfilling lives. Our clients are energetic, out-of-the-box thinkers who benefit from support with emotional regulation, impulse control, social skills, and more. We also serve individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
Unique to the industry salary pay structure that protects your income and well-being from client cancellations and Northwest weather disruptions (winter roads and power outages)
Salary position is structured around a typical 40-hour workweek with flexibility for pre-approved appointments and paid time off
Sign-on bonus after probation and biannual productivity bonuses
Ongoing training, mentorship, and support for professional growth
Regular consultation, collaboration, and access to emerging best practices
Your Role:
Provide individual, couples (LMFT only), and family therapy
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation
Facilitate therapy groups and offer family education and support
Collaborate with providers and advocate for clients across systems
Participate in weekly team meetings and group supervision
If you're ready to be part of a supportive, innovative team making meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.
Note: Active clients of ADHD Child & Family Services or affiliated providers are not eligible for employment. Those hired will be ineligible to receive clinical services until all professional or personal relationship concerns are resolved.
