    About Us

We are a dynamic, client-centered organization dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally responsive, and compassionate care to individuals, families, and communities. Our team values collaboration, professional growth, and a supportive work environment where clinicians can thrive while serving diverse populations.

    Position Overview

The Healing & Hope Foundation is offering a rare and highly selective opportunity for a small number of exceptional Associates pursuing licensure. This is more than an internship—it’s a career-defining track designed for clinicians who are passionate about group private practice, community-driven work, and innovative approaches to healing. We are seeking motivated Associate Clinicians (AMFT, APCC, ACSW). This role is ideal for associates working toward licensure who are passionate about mental health care, committed to ethical practice, and eager to grow in a supportive clinical environment. We partner with Epiphany Counseling, offering a unique opportunity for those interested in private practice while also making therapy accessible to communities in need. This role is hybrid requiring seeing clients on-site at one of our partnership sites located in Los Angeles or San Bernardino. Our primary office is located in San Pedro, CA, however we have satellite offices throughout Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County.

As an Associate Clinician, you will provide direct clinical services under the supervision of licensed clinicians, including individual, family, couples and group therapy. You will also receive ongoing supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.

Attend staff meetings, case consultations, and training sessions as required.

Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure continuity of care and best practices.

Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and professional standards of care.

    Qualifications
