Responsibilities: • Foster meaningful therapeutic relationships and develop individualized, goal-focused treatment plans. • Deliver psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. • Utilize clinical skills to promote clients’ mental, emotional, and social wellness. • Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and relevant State and Federal regulations. • Work closely with the clinical team to adjust treatment strategies based on client progress and changing needs. Qualifications: • Active New Jersey License: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing individual counseling/psychotherapy. • Prior insurance credentialing is a plus. • Must be currently located in New Jersey or willing to relocate. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients. Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly salary DOE
