Responsibilities: • Build strong therapeutic alliances and establish goal-oriented treatment strategies. • Provide psychotherapy using specialized modalities tailored to the client's needs. • Apply clinical expertise to support clients' psychological and social well-being. • Complete documentation accurately and promptly, in compliance with TheraCorp policies and all applicable State and Federal guidelines. • Collaborate with the clinical team to adapt treatment strategies in response to client progress and evolving needs. Qualifications: • Active New Jersey License: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing individual counseling/psychotherapy. • Prior insurance credentialing is a plus. • Must be currently located in New Jersey or willing to relocate. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients. Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly salary DOE
