About Us Therapy My Way is a growing mental health practice serving clients in Roscoe and the surrounding Sullivan County area. We believe therapy works best when it fits the person, so our clinicians have the flexibility to practice in ways that suit their strengths and their clients' needs. We're looking for a caring, skilled therapist to join our team.

What You'll Do

Provide individual, couple, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults

Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Use evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) suited to each client

Keep timely, accurate clinical documentation

Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate

Take part in case consultation and supervision with the clinical team

What We're Looking For

Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field

Current New York State license: LCSW, LMSW (under supervision), LMHC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist

Clinical experience preferred; new graduates with a limited permit are welcome to apply

Strong communication skills and a warm, client-centered approach

Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
