Deliver outpatient therapy for ages 13+ and seniors
Carry a stable, full caseload (no panel chaos)
Coordinate with prescribers (fast handoffs)
Chart same day; keep clean, timely notes
Manage follow-ups; keep your book healthy
Join brief paid team meetings and trainings
Help improve access and reduce waitlists
Fully independent NC license: LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or Psychologist
Not an associate level; 3+ years post-grad practice
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Comfortable seeing teens, adults, and seniors
Prior NC paneling: UHC, BCBS, Aetna
DBT experience (skills-based therapy)
