What You’ll Do:

Build deep, transformative connections through individual therapy

Manage a thriving caseload of 28 clients per week with flexibility and support

Complete assessments and create effective, personalized treatment plans

Keep clear and timely documentation so you can focus more on what you love — helping people

Collaborate with an awesome, encouraging clinical team that shares your passion

What You Bring:

Licensed as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW or LGPC in Maryland

A heart for helping others and experience in a mental health setting

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Drive to grow personally and professionally in a supportive environment
