Join TIP OF THE SPEAR CLINICAL THERAPY as a Mental Health Provider (AMFT, ASW, APCC) in Murrieta, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote client well-being.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.

Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities.

Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.

Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Current registration as AMFT, ASW of APCC in California.

Experience in clinical settings with diverse populations preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.

Compassionate demeanor with a client-centered approach.

Knowledge of mental health regulations and ethical practices.

Willingness to work with all ages.

Spanish speaking is preferred, not required.
