Now Hiring: Youth Mentor – Support Young Adults Transitioning to Independence
Since 2008, Mana has been committed to walking alongside youth (18 and 19 years old) during some of the most critical moments of their lives. Our work began with a focus on young adults transitioning out of foster care and juvenile corrections, and has since grown to include a full range of supportive services—CBRS, Counseling, Case Management, Medication Management, Residential Habilitation, and more.

About the Role: We’re currently looking for compassionate, dependable Youth Mentors to join our team. This role is about more than just teaching life skills—it’s about building trusting relationships and being a consistent, positive presence for young adults as they learn to navigate life independently.
As a Youth Mentor, you’ll help youth develop:
Independent living skills (budgeting, cooking, cleaning etc.)
Healthy lifestyle routines
Job readiness and workplace etiquette
Social and interpersonal skills

What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable driving record with valid license, insurance, and registration (mileage is reimbursed)
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—we can help)
A strong sense of responsibility and the heart to support youth through change

Swing Shift: Wed, Thurs, Fri | 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM and Day Shift: Saturday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
