    Requirements

    We are looking for Handymen/Craftsmen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Flooring, Fencing, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

    Specific qualifications for the role include:

    • Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
    • Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
    • Own a wide variety of hand and power tools
    • Willing to travel daily to (or live in) Minneapolis
    • Comfortable with a Pre-Employment Background Check

    Physical Requirements:

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a craftsman to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    • Ability to work a minimum of 8 working hours each workday
    • Ability to adjust, lift, push and pull heavy objects a minimum of 50 pounds
    • Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel and balance regularly
    • Ability to do ladder/step work which could include carrying ladders, scaffolding and walking up/down stairs
    • Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts
    • Contact with sharp, hot and/or very cold supplies and equipment
    • Must maintain safety procedures at all times to prevent work injuries
