Plumbing Service Tech

MentorWorks Education Capital, a workforce development company, is looking for a Plumbing Service Tech to join one of our employer partners. Candidates will be screened by the MentorWorks team. If selected, the candidate will move on in the process to our employment partner.

Description

$100,000 - $250,000+ a year. Hourly + highest Performance Pay in the industry + Bonuses and incentives.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Receive dispatch notifications to jobs, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices all on a company-provided iPad.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly
• Water heater repairs & installations. Clogged drains (must know how to use all cable machines), pipe repairs, garbage disposals, toilet replacement & repairs, sink repair & replacement, crawl space & under home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs
• Provide multiple options to customer in the form of "Good, Better, Best"
• Provide a clear explanation of diagnosis and proper solution

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience is preferred
• Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement
• MUST have a valid California driver's license & clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to work weekends and (1) on-call night shift per week
