    POSITION SUMMARY

    Mentoring Alliance seeks a part-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to serve our Waco region. The mission of the HRG is to manage the day-to-day HR functions in their assigned regions at the direction of the Vice President of People & Culture and in collaboration with the regional Executive Director.

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    1. Regional Employee Life Cycle: Works in collaboration with regional leaders and at the direction of the Vice President of People & Culture to manage the employee life cycle of all regional staff except Executive Leaders. This includes recruiting, hiring, onboarding, development, retention, and termination.
    2. **** **** **Systems & Processes: **Oversees execution of HR-related systems and processes and encourages mutually beneficial process improvements.
    3. **Administrative & Facilitative Support for the Vice President of People & Culture: **Provides regional oversight of cultural elements and facilitative support for the VPPC including but not limited to; benefits presentations & administrations, ****onboarding plans, board meeting preparation, and chapel schedule rhythms.
    4. Regional Culture Building: Works with the regional Executive Director to ****produce a thriving workplace culture and ensure cultural consistency across regions.
