We deal primarily in advertising - with our focus on small demographic areas, where most of our clients know each other and support one another in the community. What we offer further lends to this small town morale - with our projects centered on fundraising for local youth groups and teams. As our company grows, we see our Virtual Sales Department expanding - and that’s where you come in. Your role - from your home office, would be to call on small businesses - many who already know us, as well as establishing new accounts. You would be explaining to these business owners how their advertising dollar can help children in their community. Passion and ability to see "the vision" is a must...and clearly, B2B cold calling experience is required for this position. Your skills will be nicely rewarded by our compensation plan - a generous commission-only structure that reflects effort as well as your phone sales ability.

     

    NOTE - THIS POSITION ALLOWS FOR POTENTIAL ADVANCEMENT INTO MANAGEMENT.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain existing accounts, develop new accounts, and “resurrect” old accounts

    • Meet reasonably set weekly sales goals

    • Organize your pipeline so that you can effectively manage all of your accounts

    • Attention to detail to company policies and procedures - accuracy is a must!

    • Establish rapport and maintain strong business relationships with your clients

    • Determine the needs of the client, and successfully match them to our products

    • Close sales quickly and effectively with professionalism and an ethical manner

    • Be capable of working independently with optimal performance

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years of B2B Cold Calling experience

    • 1+ years of Work at Home experience

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent BONUS EXTRAS:

    • Advertising or print experience

    • If you are known to consistently meet or exceed your goals

    • You have experience in a Call Center/Sales oriented environment

    • You have some CRM skills

    • You know how to generate leads

    • You have experience with business development
