    Job Description

    Mepco Label Systems is one of the largest and oldest label companies on the west coast, servicing segments such as home and personal care, food and beverage, wine and spirits and consumer durables.  Offering a state of the art operation with two locations.  Our company is family owned and ran and truly cares about each of its employees.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build plant relationship with new and existing customers, working with the management and outside sales team to ensure all aspects of service to the customer such as schedule, quality of product, on time delivery, and service recovery issues are resolved to achieve business results.
    • Doing order entry, including but not limited to artwork, proofs, jobs, order acknowledgements, returns, and helping your customer with any possible customer request.
    • Understanding the companies work flow and production throughout the business.
    • Team player with the ability to balance the needs of the customer and the company.
    • Communication skills allowing CSR to provide accurate information to both external and internal customers.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Printing experience is preferred but not necessary.
    • MS Office Products
    • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to keep a professional demeanor.
