Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated Merchandising Coordinator to work with our Site Merchandisers, Buying Teams and Vendors. This position is based in our Carrollton office.
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional and timely communication with vendors and cross-departmental partners on needs and timelines
Serve as a liaison between Site Merchandising and Buying teams gathering necessary merchandising assets and details (e.g. samples, photos, specifications, etc.)
Set up, expedite, and manage purchase orders efficiently
Assist with system input of item descriptions and specifications when necessary
Audit item and event setup for completeness and accuracy
Ensure appropriate stakeholders are brought along in event creation from start to finish
Prioritize events appropriately based on merchandising needs and company initiatives

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective merchandising and planning of products and events
Qualifications
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & EDUCATION
Solid knowledge of retail math, metrics, and merchandising concepts
2+ years of retail experience preferred
Online retail / ecommerce experience preferred
Detail oriented
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with change and ambiguity
