Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian a division of David R. McGeorge Car Company, is interviewing for a full-time BDC Receptionist opening.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time BDC Receptionist. The BDC Receptionist is the first contact to greet visitors by phone and in person. The BDC Receptionist will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.
You will be trained using industry leading tools to answer client’s questions and to schedule service appointments to visit our dealership. Inexperienced individuals are given everything they need to be successful.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer all inbound calls and greeting all guests in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with both staff and guests
Perform other duties as assigned
Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Be a motivated self- starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
Professional personal appearance
Have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Previous auto dealership experience is NOT required. If you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, hospitality or sales then we encourage you to apply!
