Primary Job duties:

Approves, codes and posts payable invoices

Reconciles accounts payable invoices with statements

Issues payments to vendors

Reconciles Sublet schedules

Post and reconciles factory statement

Receipts, reconciles and follows up on Account Receivable accounts

Posts warranty credits and reviews/adjusts schedules

Requirements:

 Accounts Payable and bookkeeping experience.

 Two years Automotive Dealership accounting experience

Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred

Excel, email and excellent communications skills a must
