Job Description

Front End Person

A small martial arts school located on Mercer Island. We are looking for a full time front end person to work Monday-Friday. Candidate must be energetic, friendly, dependable, professional, have a positive attitude, be very organized, and a desire to work with children.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting students and parents
• Answering the phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Making follow up appointments
• Mailings
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies and equipment
• Driving one of our after school vans
• Light cleaning and organizing
• Run errands
• Community outreach
• Working with kids on keeping them on track doing assignments during our after school program.  
• Other misc tasks as assigned

Experience:

• Customer service 1 year preferred
• Understanding of computer software
• College degree preferred
• Good driving record required
• No martial arts experience is necessary
• Previous experience and desire to work with children
