    __ABOUT THE POSITION: Turning Point USA is seeking a motivated individual to assist in one of the nation's largest and most innovative issue advocacy operations. The Merchandise Fulfillment Administrator will assist the TPUSA Merch team by providing administrative support for management and production teams, managing email communication, scheduling, and record-keeping, assisting with invoicing, order entry and tracking client projects, maintaining spreadsheets and reporting for inventory and fulfillment, and aiding in special projects as needed.

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.
    • Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
    • Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, and Facebook).
    • Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
    • Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.
    • Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.
    • Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
    • Proven leadership development.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision.
    • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
    • Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance.
    • Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
    • Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to locations as needed.

    • Previous involvement with TPUSA.
    • Understanding of inventory management.
    • Experience with inventory system software and shipping portals.
